Joanne is extremely knowledgeable. She always follows through with what she promises and communicates very well to ensure you understand what’s going on every step of the way. My experience with her was the first time I’d worked with an accountant to help with complex business issues and she really helped clarify how and why I need to do certain things which was important to me.
