Services and Rates
"Accounting 101” - If you are a “hands on person”
No Fuss will provide you with the skills needed to correctly and confidently prepare the books yourself.
Includes:
1. Set-up and customization of your
computerized accounting system
(Quickbooks or Peachtree) and chart of
accounts (DOES NOT INCLUDE ADDING VENDORS
CUSTOMERS OR ANY JOB COSTING SEE BELOW)
2. Training on your accounting system
3. Training on bookkeeping basics, Package
starts with 2 hours of training (more
can be added at an additional cost)
4. One month of telephone and/or e-mail
assistance with accounting matters
FLAT FEE FOR "ACCOUNTING 101" PACKAGE IS $500.00. Additional fees on a per hour rate of $50 per hour will be charges for setting up vendors, customers and adding any job costing.
“Back office” - If you are a “hands off person”
“Back office” will run the entire accounting function for the client. Includes:
1. Weekly bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, and
the respective data entry into the accounting software).
2. Month end accounting, including bank
and credit card reconciliation, monthly
adjusting journal entries to record payroll,
depreciation, and any other adjustments
needed to generate a financial statement
accurately reflecting the business’ financial
position for that period.
Businesses can choose to use all or only some of the "Back Office" functions. "Back Office" services will be charges on an hourly basis. Weekly bookkeeping is billed at $35 per hour, and Month end accounting is billed at $50 per hour.
“Accounting Check up” - In order to see where you can save time and money in your accounting function No Fuss will evaluate the current accounting system and controls in place including:
Recommendations will be made to the business owner on how to improve the accuracy and timeliness of their accounting function and what role outsourcing portions or all of their accounting function can play to save the business money and precious time. "Accounting Check up" services will be billed at an hourly rate of $50 per hour. First hour is free.
“Mobile Controller” - For those businesses large enough to have a bookkeeping staff but can not afford to have a full time Controller to oversee the accounting function. No Fuss will review the accounting work monthly or quarterly, so that any adjustments to your work can be completed BEFORE you send if off to your CPA firm. No Fuss
will work hand in hand with your CPA firm, so year-end tax time will be hassle free.
"Mobile Controller" services will be billed out at $50 per hour.
"Freelance Accounting” - No Fuss also offers complete “Freelance Accounting” services to local area CPA or Law firms. From write up services, to personal, corporation, partnership, charitable foundations, estate and trust tax preparation. No Fuss can
fill in during vacations, unexpected absences and of course tax season. Instead of worrying about hiring staff with minimal experience on a temporary basis
during your times of need, No Fuss will come in with 19 years of experience in all facets of public accounting and estate and trust administration. Please email me for current availability and hourly rates.
